besides even if it was...Gai punches hole in ground<Madara&Kurama wreaking mountain ranges. Even if guy was on a higher tier dbz speaking, all one has to do to defeat him is wait (he is not a sensor so it shouldn't be too hard to hide from him, Madara could have easily switched out when he was powering up)
