So do you think the 7th shichibukai is someone we've already seen or a completely new character?

I don't think we've seen him. I think they said he messed up Zephyrs arm, and we would know who did it if they were a known character. I think he'll be pretty badass though

I see no reason for the name being hidden if we hadn't seen them before we haven't really seen anyone who fits the criteria.

Whole new character. It has to be someone who is great at haki for being able to take Zephyr's arm and crazy enough to attack the marines(even if it was just a training group).

The one who took Zephyrs arm was either Mihawk or Doflamingo. I'm leaning more towards Mihawk because he would have less difficulty taking Zephyrs arm then Doffy. His arm was taken way before the time skip so it is most likely one of the two top shichibukai.

Doffy would have less time he has more range and clearly can just cut/trap ppl out of no where

Makes no sense. Whoever took Zephyr's arm became a shichi during the timeskip so Mihawk and DD are out of the window. The only candidates are

Buggy (very unlikely)
Law (not strong enough)
or someone else we don't know about yet. Leaning towards this.

I think Oda held the information so that when it was announced there would be a WOW factor,so it will probably be someone we meet one to two arcs in the future but we wont find out about them being a Shichibukai right away.

i think he is not been introduced yet.i believe he is a new one.but if he has to choose some old character then i think it's time for Enel to make his appearance as the new shichibukai
