I think I'll give it to Gai both scenarios. The distance is enough to dodge any blitz, Asa Kujaku and Bee is done for. Ay woudl get beaten by Hirudora.
I mean Gai in that state was nearly equal to JJ Madara

Kages win High Diff.

- Onoki has clones that could be a problem but unfortunately none can evade MP's Range or an initial blitz from Gai. However this would leave Gai open for an attack at some point by the duo themselves.

- Ay alone is not far from Gai in terms of overall speed...Adding Onoki would boost him to a high level but to a level high enough to blitz Gai who physically kept up with a Juubi Jin like Madara? Definitely no.

- Ay can't use continuous Shunsin for a long period due to the amount of chakra required...He needs this against Gai and both of them specialize in CQC with Gai being clearly superior...Any close and they die since Madara himself left surprised had to block rather than evade Hirudora from a close range. That dents their chances of winning as well since they'll have to distract Gai.

All in all I'll give it a high diff win for the Kages if they play smart.

Onoki + Ay combo would shit on Gai. They would be able to dodge evergything Gai makes, even short range Hirudora (that's if he even makes it) and at the time to atack Onoki would make Ay's blow heavier and Gai would die.

Lightened v2 Ay would be faster then Gai as it is. Adding in Onoki whose clones can also fight seperately and fire Jinton definitely leads to Gai's demise. Kage's mid diff.

--he comes right up close and then tags the duo with a point blank hirudora which eradicates them off with ease, guy tagged juubi jin madara by landing clean hits on him and a straight up hirudora. These guys get hit with shit ease seeing how slow they are compared to madara

--onoki offers nothing at all here apart from jus lightening ay, his jinton gets laughed at by guys speed till the latter blitzes him and breaks his back

This is a lot of pressure on gai already, and this match up is 50:50 as someone else said. Add onoki with well timed jinton, and they handle gai well

1- Gai's striking speed is what surpases Ay's. If we talk about pure sunshin speed, Ay is still the fastest.

2- In the case you didn't notice, the intel is full. They know about Hirudora, and Ay already showed to be able to dodge Amaterasu at point blank. With full knowledge, he'd dodge the Hirudora and get out of its range.

Manda and Ei shits. Gai cannot take out Manda. Hirudora is tanked seeing as Manda was hit with c0 and still has his body in-contact thus Hirudora is tanked with minimum damage.​
