Darkness
Peaceful
Restful
Cold, eternal night
From its silence, a bright light was born
A warm, comfortable light
But what is it?
Darkness could not comprehend
For darkness was all there was
And the light shinned, and shinned
Bright as the sun
But even the sun
Could not stop the shadow of the moon
For darkness was all there ever was

And so, the light faded away
And asleep we fell
To dream
Dream of another day
As bright as today

Until, another day​
