[Discussion] 7 TAILS hidden waterfall?

has anybody noticed how fu , the 7 tails jinchuuriki is from the hidden waterfall , the same village as kakuzu , why? i thought hashirama gave the bijuu , only to the 5 great nations? any ideas?

proably cause if you split 9 bijuus into 5 nations there will be one nation that is weaker than the others with will automaticaly lead to a war

hidden sand have 1 jin , so do hidden leaf , because fu isnt where sahe should be thats why im asking

It's impossible to equally give out 9 beast to 5 nations...and wasn't that his reason so the villages would be equal in power...moreover the cloud had 2 beast

so did iwagakure , and the blood mist village , but the hidden leaf had just the 9 tails for obvious reasons , but i wonder why hidden sand didnt have 7 tails

Who cares... Besides i believe it was said that Hashirama gave them out to other villages, not specifically the great 5. Theres a million reasons why the waterfall not being one of the great 5 got their own bijuu but its not important. It really doesnt matter why.
