Gaara was a kage when he was 12-16.

This is true, but we're talking about Konohagakure/Land of Fire. We know how their elder and politicians work. Suna is a different story, sure Gaara became a Kage so young, but based off what we know about Land of Fire/Konoha they probably wouldn't allow it.

Naruto is the next Hokage after Tsunade. Im pretty sure it will happen right after the war, there is no reason not to.

Sasuke himself said he wants to make his own village and become a kage. He does not want to become Hokage nor he will be voted to become one. You have to be acknowledged by people in order to become Hokage. At this point Naruto is the one whos way more acknowledged, since the Pain Invasion, and just destined to be Hokage.

Naruto doesn't need to be the wisest person in konoha to be hokage. He will always have the village and its peoples best interest at heart and will make the right decisions. His advisors can handle the brain work.

well as tsunade is the current hokage, she will def pick naruto to replace her. she respects naruto way to much to pick somebody less powerful than him as the head of the village. remember when she took office she didn't know much about governing, but she learned.
