An avatar that comes off as if it lacks a background, like a render. (Your avatars doesn't have a border, and the background goes with the color of the forum. Giving it the look of a render.)

I never said they were remotely bad. I am saying that I don't personally like the style, but I know that a lot of people do like the style. Again, your avatars look good, they are not just what I personally prefer.
