I won't lie, Naruto's Rasengan looks much more awesome in the manga than it does the anime.

kishi is all traditional. WSJ u see here is digital.

Some people here needs to realise this isn't the official colouring. It is coloured by WSJ, not Kishi himself. Therefore, it's not canon. WSJ coloured chapters 676 and 678 a few months ago, and made Sasuke's Rinnegan appear red in those chapters, when it is in fact purple. They only recently changed the eye colour ever since they saw Kishi's official drawing of Sasuke in colour. These coloured WSJ chapters are not canon. Otherwise, why else would WSJ said that the final chapter of Naruto (700) will be in full colour when they have been colouring the past few chapters and not making an announcement over it? It is clear as day Kishi will colour the final chapter himself, and he has no involvement with these so called "official" chapters. Although, WSJ colouring is quite nice. The colour of Naruto's Rasengan is indeed yellow since his chakra is yellow.
