As we ALL know Obito is more die hard than a roach and is a well prepared shinobi right?

You remember the technique Tsunade's pimp(Dan) used to rescue her during her pitiful battle against Lord Madara? It allowed his soul to emerge in ethereal form for as short time after death... and gave him the ability to interact with the physical world.

Perhaps Obito did the same except I think it was a bit different...

Dan had to weave some handsigns before death for it to work... Obito didn't.

So maybe he used a Transcription Seal like Itachi, Danzo, and Madara did! He set the jutsu to activate upon his final moment of life allowing his soul to depart! then he may have transferred his power into a new vessel(Kakashi) with and unknown technique like Itachi did to Sauke before he died as a trap for Obito.

It makes perfect sense! What do you think?

You can't set any jutsu. Delayed activation seals only work on MS jutsus. Otherwise everyone and their grandma would just "set" substitutions to activate when they're hit.
