My Argument: Brook would win if Fujitora was weakened enough, because gravity doesn't really affect his light body

Luffy and Law are on the same level. Law could only scratch Doflamingo's cheek once.

Doflamingo got tired after only breaking the Ice Kuzan froze him in. This is probably Kuzan's weakest move. This proves how distant the power gap is between Doflamingo and Admirals alone.

Doflamingo could beat Luffy (or Law) at around 80% I think. And considering he was SCARED of Fujitoras Meteor and shat bricks...
