So, given the revelations in 646, I think there is enough information now to guess at Sasuke's intentions. As the Ten-Tails is the origin and source of all chakra, it's possible that it's destruction would mean the end of chakra. This explains why Sasuke seemed intent on destroying the Ten-Tails and 'erasing' Naruto. It also fits perfectly with his desire to end the 'twisted' shinobi system. Also, Madara's belief that shinobi simply made the problem of war and hatred worse could be a bit of foreshadowing on Kishi's part. Who knows, though?

Sasuke hasn't said much about anything he knows. So it's hardly surprising that if he knew about the true nature of the Ten-Tails beforehand that he didn't say anything.

humm nice thought only flaw is how did sasuke know about the tree? only people that knew was madara and obito. hashi obviously didnt kno and others couldnt kno because they don't have the rinnegan. obito knows because of madara and the likely hood of obito telling sasuke is very low seeing as though obito neva trusted any one 100% but zetsu. and knowing sasuke was a loose cannon and easy persuaded.
