Actually my guess is that he'll revert more to his Part I (before he was revealed as a spy) personality... and will use Senjutsu to fight Obito...plus he has that anit-Mokuton venom.

Orochimaru stands a good chance at still being a villain, if not final villain. Sad to say, but Kabuto has joined Yamato's 'Irrelevant" club. So, he's done for. We won't be seeing him till the epilogue here... As much as I like him, he sort of was just a placeholder for Orochimaru.

Orochimaru absorbed his powers, he was only able to obtain that with Orochimarus DNA which was stolen. Now he is regular Jonin Kabuto, he is still strong but not top 10.
