There is no logic to use Biju and Jinchuuriki.
What if I told you, Obito can absorb chakra on any Biju like Madara did that. Other hand, Have you ever seen that Madara's chakra problem with EMS before Hashirama DNA thing? Of course not. Obito has Hashirama DNA and you're telling me Obito has chakra problem.
I'm sure Obito fool enough to use last chakra for Katon Bakufū Ranbu :
