She's probably still mourning Neji. I feel she is entitled. Tenten is a very strong female who - unlike Sakura - doesn't cry every 15 minutes. Neji was pretty anti-social but she was pretty close to him as was Lee. When you're able to make friends with someone who really isn't friends with too many other people it means you've created a very large place in that person's heart and they yours. In addition to being team mates she and Neji trained with each other regularly and she even helped him perfect his techniques.

If she wants to spend the rest of the "war" crying I won't blame her. Neji was the best.

I honestly don't see how people can say she can solo the Juubi. Why hype a character like that.

Only Naruto, Sasuke and a handful of other Shinobi can solo the Juubi and even then, it would be a close, epic battle.
