i think that the bijuus being connected to the mazo were able to transfer some of shukaku's chakra(or shukaku's spirit) to naruto in their meeting.that's why 8T isn't with them.

Not everything should be taken literally, just because you see it, doesn't mean it's something that's really there. Just like Obito's heart, that was just a genjutsu.

Naruto really have their chakra but I was uncertain abt the first one and he could have stole it from gaara back then during their fight seeing how kurama absorbed one tentacle of The eight tail while bee was trying to help naruto out during the tug of war.
