616 not coming on 23rd

Why do people keep saying the manga will come out on the 23rd! Can you count! That's like the 4th week of January and 5th week without manga soooo that's all folksxd

I think it's because a month usually consists of 4 full weeks, whereas January has 5 this year, hence the confusion.
I didn't even notice until today. xd

Still, I'm glad the manga is coming out alot earlier than I expected. I doubt NB would be able to survive waiting another week.
