Maybe shikaku has another trick up his sleeve to stall the Juubi. Not that it would change much, Madara just goes PS and do the same - at least till Naruto and Bee are ready.. I could see kishi doing it so that Madara would have to fight the alliance in PS, and then when the Juubi finally got free, Naruto and Bee would be ready. This way kishi avoid the destruction of the alliance in an instant at least..

Hahahahaha, nah man, I mean that Naruto might lose someone close to him like Sakura/Hinata and then Obito will say "SHOES ON THE OTHER FOOT" or something like that. Basically, he'll see what it's like to lose your crush/close friend and hence what Obito felt when he lost Rin.
