Lol are we reading different mangas. All the Gedo needed was a fraction of its chakra. With the fraction the jubii can replenish the missing amount. Just like the nine tails. He was sealed with half of his chakra but it has replenished itself way before the manga started. Wait....am I seriously explaining this?

I guess you're trying. Don't forget even Madara commented on why Obito resurrected the Juubi when it was incomplete. The nine tails comparison isn't necessarily accurate given how little anyone really knows about the Juubi's current state of power when compared to "perfect Juubi". (which is little, except for you apprently) But apparently it only takes a short time for such a thing to be fully realized, but the way the manga storyline is steamrolling along here (for better or worse) I shouldn't be that surprised. I wouldn't be suprised if it somehow becomes perfect, but then I wouldn't be suprised if it didn't either.

Also, since I just saw this, no it's not complete Kurama dude. It's been stated over and over that the yin (or yang, I forget which) was sealed inside Naruto, while the other half was sealed within Minato via the Reaper death seal before he died.
