1. "Between this World & the Other," proven to be an expression and not literally another world or dimension. Don't take it to heart, Obito thought the same as some of you guys. So people, when Madara says he's a ghost... don't take it literally...
2. Madara still has his scythe, which he is often depicted with when fighting Hashirama. Perhaps it is another Uchiha tool with special abilities. It would appear it is worth holding onto for one reason or another.
3. Madara hints at Obito being able to use his Kamui in some form or fashion. Although both of Obito's eyes had only 2 tomoe. Is it possible he used the Kamui in his left eye to warp half the falling rocks instead of the right to completely phase his body through? Unfortunately there is still not enough proof that he did in fact use Kamui at all.
4. Madara says, "...Neither you nor I are able to leave this place. ...With OUR bodies."
Obito has a Hashirama skin graft. These two things would leave you to believe that the 'Zetsu' shells hanging from the tree can be worn as 'armor' to help replace the lost appendages/immobility. The Hashirama skin graft/DNA infusion may be a necessary requirement to being able to use these 'shells.'
5. Obito is in fact… still Obito. He has a Hashirama skin graft; this does not make him Zetsu or Izuna for that matter. I see some of you already thinking it.
6. Madara has already given his eyes away before his encounter with Obito. Presumably to Nagato or at the very least to someone who would see to it that Nagato received the eyes i.e. Zetsu.
7. To unlock the sharingan’s true potential both eyes are required. He is most likely referring to MS but techniques alone i.e. Susano'o cannot be ruled out just yet.
