My prediction is simple. Obito didn't survive the rock crash. He had no realistic way to awaken Mangekyou at that young of an age. So the real Obito died. And in the world between life and death, where Kakashi talked to his father, Madara found him and told him there was a way he could live again. But first Madara wanted to tell him about the truth behind Uchiha and the village. Madara totally twists Obito's mind.
Basically Madara mindwashes Obito into believing he is an unfair casualty of war, dead long before his time because of circumstances outside his control. He informs Obito that Rin is dead after they train for many years. Madara tells him that there is a way he can go back to life using the Rinnegan's power. Nagato meets the resurrected Obito. After talking they realize they are wanting the same things. They agree to found Akatsuki and that Nagato will be the leader. In reality, Obito is planning to use Nagato's Rinnegan to resurrect his master and complete their Project on his own. Obito agrees and assumes the old outfit of Madara.
As for HAX new powers, Obito is able to travel through time as well as space, but under certain limitations. Madara is currently immortal and Naruto has literally ZERO chance of defeating him. As far as the fight goes, I predict that Tsunade is dead 100% for sure (yeah yeah she has HAX healing powers, but her chakra's spent). The other Kages survive after she heals them.

Madara kills Killer B after a prolonged fight. He uses his eye to completely shut down both of Naruto's 9 tails forms, remember that OP part of Part 2's beginning arc where it mentions Madara can command the 9 tails? Dealing with an immortal with unlimited chakra, on Madara's level I think our boy is straight up screwed. Iknow I'm gonna take crap for this one, but Killer B will sacrifice himself so Naruto can escape. Madara kills him and absorbs the 8 tails into himself. He reveals to Naruto that even Obito is nothing but his pawn, and reveals that he is 100% immune to Talk no Jutsu. He tells Naruto that there is nothing that he can do, and that he will revive the 10 tails and destroy Konoha and the rest of the world along with it.
Obito is considering the results of Kakashi and Gai's Talk no Jutsu, when Sasuke and Oro arrive on the scene. Sasuke's Susan'no literally twists Obito's head right off like a can opener, in mid-sentence. It lands directly facing Kakashi. Sasuke smirks at the horrified Kakashi demands to know where Madara and Naruto are right now.
