Hmm, I don't recall her having any spectacular feats to defeat a young prodigy who is good with the Hyuga Taijutsu. She is a bit below Pt.1 Neji's skill level with the Byakugan.

Sakura's aresenal is only Shadow Clone technique and Taijutsu which she showed against Ino, but the Hyuga are exceptional at Taijutsu so Sakura can't compete with Himawari in CQC.
