Wow i just noticed it but the barrier Obito created is a even more powerful version than the red sun barrier Hokages were erecting some chapters ago. I'd use narutopedia linked for the matter, but the traduction of Obito's barrier is:

What is impressive is that he is doing all that on his own, when Hokages(4 of them) were struggling to maintain a less powerful barrier with some of them uncapable to make a great amount of clones while maintaining it(Hashirama and Tobirama) or other not even able to make one(Hiruzen). And even the range is more impressive judging
