He is a good character in all but personally I haven't been given a good understanding of him since hes not the apart of the main characters hence you dont get to see him in action much; except for when he gets killed which brings down my respect for him.

I dont hate the character, he is a very good character but I personally haven't taken as much notice to the character as Kakashi. I gave him a 4 in the poll.

We can gauge that from polls. It's like you can multi-poll one thread. If we could shift from poll to poll on one thread we would do that. Or else we'd have to literally read every single comment in the description.

The way you're describing pretty much tells a person to pick one or a few characters you like and ignore the rest. This is the only manner to get the public's reaction for the other characters.

Lol don't you think that you overeact? What I said makes perfectly sense, it would be much easier t have a better understanding for who likes who. In these threads there isn't even a poll to begin with and you can't really understand what the majority prefers.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that the one who makes the thread can give the ability to those who vote to vote many choices. Therefore, it's not like the other would be let outside.
