1) Naruto would obviously be stronger. He would have take care of muu, 3rd raikage, and maybe even Madara for good. Although i prefer that an unknown Uzumaki emerges soon and teaches Naruto about his clan and there badass sealing techs.
2) I don't think he will die, but if he does it will probably be from overuse of his sharingan or Tobi will kill him because kakashi seems to be his only true threat.
3) I think some of his work seems like trolling. But in the end i think he can do whatever he wants with his manga. So in short, no.
4) I really doubt Karin will do much of anything in the future, she seems to have faded into the pages of the manga.
5) Tsunade needs to die inorder for Naruto to become Hokage. Kakashi's death will have little to no effect on it.
6) If Tobi is Obito then i wouldn't be mad, i would just be confused and disappointed.
