Obviously Nagato is controlling them, but I mean the paths of pain before they found out Nagato was controlling them. Who would win?

If they don't even know about the Rinnegan, then they're in for a hard fight.
SM Jiraiya struggled without even fighting the six together.

Naruto would've lost if he knew nothing about them.
Naruto would've lost if Deva Path was in there since the beginning.
And Naruto would've lost if he wasn't in an open place.

Fighting 6 Pains at the same time in Amegakure while knowing nothing about them is insane.

Remember that we've NEVER seen the 100% Pain.
Jiraiya didn't get to fight all of them at the same time.
Naruto fought 5(the main one wasn't fighting) of them at the same time, but he knew almost everything about them. Also, it was in an open place. He would've lost if it wasn't for the Kyuubi...

hmm... I suppose the 6 Path of Pain would lose against the 5 Kages, but if it were Nagato against the 5 Kages Nagato would clearly win.
