Kisame might be able to win. If Kisame uses the Water Dome, Pein will need to use a large scale Shinra Tensei. That means the other Paths get shut off and Deva loses his powers for a long time. That leaves him and the other Paths open for attack. One Kamehameha-Shark and he kills them all at once

Or while deva is in the water dome, he either gets preta path to just absorb the dome or just uses bansho tenin to draw kisame to him and simply stabs him/cuts off his head.

Pain 1 on 1 itself is difficult for kisame. He may defeat human path and thats it. All other paths will solo him in 1 on 1

Even if samehada got one pain out of action by absorbing it straight out of the chakra rods, he would need contact. and he couldnt just do that to all the paths, they are not just going to sit there. they also dont need to breath so thats not a problem

Also preta path just destroys water dome anyway,

His summons would be very hard to Deal with, he has No answer for thst multiplying Dog thing.

Preta path > Kisame's Chakra absorption, Also > All of Kisame's Water Jutsu's, Water dome aswell.

Deva path could Banshō Ten'in samehada and get it away from Kisame, Or Pull him towards Preta path, I'm Sure like Samehada there is a Limit to how much chakra he can absorb at one time, Unlike Preta path.
