Obito's reactions are good enough to dodge most of what Sasuke can dish out with Kamui be it in CQC or in the mid-long range game while on the other side Sasuke doesn't have much to stop Obito and will need to spam his MS jutsu in order to to avoid being wrapped to Obito's dimension. Sooner or later Sasuke is gonna slip up and that's when Obito will use Kamui on him.
