If you notice how base Lee's kick went from something that Kisame could catch to something that would rip Madara in half I can only imagine how much it would amplify Tsunade's and A's strength. And the speed of both of them. Furthermore, the Oonoki's jinton would be much more powerful than before. Which if Madara is distracted or can't react in time his doom is guaranteed. Why do
I say if he can't react in time? Oonoki is known to be an extremely quick flier, It is only logical then to surmise that his flying speed will increase dramatically, and he could still use Jinton while flying.
With Mei's powers being increased she could probably create a midst great enough to completely block all of Madaras vision, whereas KM Gaara's sensing sand could still be in effect. And the kages have proved themselves able to hit Madara in such a fog.
As for Gaara the amount he can manipulate and likely the speed of his sand will go up exponentially. Which means what would have been a wave of sand that only comes up to Perfect Susanoos knees may now knock perfect Susanoo over and bury it. In addition if he is able to manipulate such large amounts of sand a sand coffin would prove perilous for perfect Susanoo. The meteors that Madara can use will be dealt with much easier than before. Everyone should independently be able to avoid Yasaka Magatama. And if Madara should choose to use Perfect Susanoo he should be at a distinct disadvantage as he would have tiny targets and meanwhile he himself would be a huge target and with each kage getting a speed boost his effectiveness just goes down. And there is the possibility that with KM Tsunade acting as a battery charging up KM Gaara The madara and PS would simply be sealed. Not too mention we know it takes time to use Preta Path and KM Oonoki's Jinton could possibly dispose of PS before Madara has time to use Preta Path. Furthermore, Mokuton wouldn't be able to stand up to the speed of KM A, the strength of KM Tsunade, the destructive power of KM Oonoki, the elements KM Mei posses, nor the crushing and grating power of KM Gaara's sand. Also the question must be asked of how hot and how much lava can KM Mei produce. And is Tsunade does decide to summon Katsuyu she could herself give chakra to Katsuyu and make Katsuyu's acid even more potent than before.
