A thing to note... The lady that took care of Kabuto was viewed to have higher intelligence than any member of Danzo's root @ the time.

Don't know how much intelligence she was able to pass on to Kabuto, but Kabuto did manage to be a spy in numerous places for 4-5 years, that's when maru talked with him @ the end of this chapter

It's always good to see some Orochimaru, also Danzo looked like a boss using KA on Kabutos mom and all.

Also I have a feeling that more theories are going to arise that the third guy that was with Danzo and Orochimaru is TOBI.
