It would be nice if she could become one of Kurome's dolls. That would add a deeper layer to the Akame v Kurome fight.

But since her teigu is destroyed i don't know about that.

Yeah, the dolls don't work like Edos and don't regenerate or anything, so no point in making a regular person into one.

It won't, he's a puppet. Not to be mean but Akame killing her sister will probably take priority over it.

That's because they didn't animate the Wild Hunt arc. Bols' family also never died in the anime. It's partly canon, like I said - the same overall, different in detail.

No, Ran is dead in the manga and he is going to stay that way - but it's not a big issue since he isn't exactly relevant. He did a few somewhat story-affecting things in the manga but they were all related to Wild Hunt, which wasn't in the anime. In fact, he did so little in the anime that he ended up being an extra.

Ultimately, his fate only affects the Akame vs Kurome fight, and even then, we know its outcome anyway U_U
