The US isn't Vietnam, the army won't be fighting in jungles. They don't even need to use soldiers, just line up the B2s and your little rifles can't do anything. Look up the Tulsa bombings, and that was done in 1920...with modern bombers and Lockheed Martins it wouldn't even be a problem.

Your not taking into account of non combatants and buildings the very infastructure itself is a jungle for people to hide in so no its not as simply bombing and preditor missiles this isnt call of duty or battlefield. Battles arent black and white its much more complicated then that bombing a city full of combatants and non combatants while you killed the enemy you also killed non combatants which is a severe war crime which would mean an execution for those who called and possible UN involvement with its own private army and other countrys supporting the guerrillas
