They are not stronger then her :| Even the weaker members of the Akatsuki ( Hidan, Kakuzu ) were able to go toe to toe against Jinchuurikies. And hopefully we all know Tsunade is not on their level, but above them. She is on the same league where Kisame, Deidara and Sasori are.

Kushina and Mito-No battle feats.

Konan- Not stronger than Tsunade.

The Jins- You have to be kidding me, they aren't even perfect Jins. Tsunade wrecks them.

Yugito didn't even give the Zombie Duo a hard time. Hidan solo'd her.

Well According to the Manga, Tsunade is the most Powerful Kunoichi.
But If Konan Has Prep time, Then Tsunade Looses to Her.

Mito Has No Feats, Neither Does Kushina(proper feats i.e)

Konan is the only one of those which we actually know enough about to say she's fairly strong in battle. But I still think Tsunade is better.

The only other really tough Kunoichi are Mei Terumi and Guren (yeah, anime only, but she was a truly tough fightera nd one of the very view noteworthy females in the whole series).

Konan couldn't even hurt a Jutsu-less Tobi without an insane amount of prep time
Yugito got taken out by the weakest Akatsuki pair without as even a scratch on them
We have zero feats on Kushina and Mito

The only one possible strong enough to give Tsunade a run for her money is Fuu, but again, we lack feats
