So we know that ichigo and kenpachi are one
many of the shinigami died and faced the quincys so theres not much left of the war powers who could be the three
these characters are still possible
Sosuke Aizen ((im so sure he is one but its not confirmed yet))
Shunsui Kyouraku
Kisuke Urahara
Isshin Kurosaki
Kugo Ginjo ((since he was once a Shinigami substitute and well he could have been trained that he would reach his true talent just a possibility))

Yes thats right well i though that the special war powers are related to Soul Society so i dont think its Grimmjow or Uryu i mean Byakuya has become very strong but still was confirmed to be no war power i think its ishin, Urahara or Ginjo since he was a substitute Shinigame and he may have become stronger

OP: I believe the confirmed are Aizen Kenpachi and Ichigo. The other 2 may be Urahara and Uryu.
