yea but people want to government to stop those few who can't control themself so it will make some things strict but it is unlikely this would happen so far.

SO BASICALLY BAN ALL MOVIES BECAUSE PEOPLE COULD DO THOSE STUFF IN THE MOVIES -_-
seriously anyone who would do that are people who believe the real world is naruto but seriously why do it anyways!!!
