Not a bad troll thread, but eh... I'm bored, so here goes.

Basically every single one of those characters, save for maybe Hamura, has all their powers based on everything but the Byakugan:

Kaguya - used dimension abilities, Ash Bone, TSB. Nothing to do with Byakugan.
Toneri - he used the Tenseigan, not the Byakugan. That's like giving Rinnegan feats to the Sharingan.
Momoshiki - he used a freaking Rinnegan all the time, lmao. :lol
Kinshiki - never once used the Byakugan in battle

So, basically, all of them just had the Byakugan in their eye sockets since no Ootsuki has anything but that doujutsu anyway. Hell, Hinata has used the Byakugan more than all of those characters combined.

Then there's also the fact that each of those is a bad character created as a last-minute deus ex machina. But hey, enjoy your alien 'greatness''.
