well remember that Minato has his sealing jutsu and DDCS also his summonings
Dude Manda is deadSnakes are more powerful that toads/frogs ( slugs beat snakes, though), so Orchimaro has the advantage here also. They both have seals, but Minato's best chance is to kill both himself and Oro with the Death God Jutsu.
Currently, Minato is dead. What is your point? We have no idea how the chakra stealing will affect Kabuto in the future, but that’s beside the point since people compare characters in their respective prime conditions.
Orochimaro is a terrible match up for Minato. By feats, he has no way of killing Orochimaro outside Shiki Fuujin. Minato usually end all his matches with his incredible speed and his rasengan, but those tools are almost useless here since Orochimaro got incredible durability. His base body alone can take a punch from Tsunade (whose hands can kill); it can regenerate and put itself together without the use of oral rebirth, which enables him to spit out an entire new body at will (and no tags will stick to him like Tobi). In his sick state he could use it 3-4 times before his body gave up, so imagine when he’s healthy. He can also merge with the ground making it impossible to hit him, and if that wasn’t enough he can use rashomon gates and thousand of snakes as a meat shield. In other words, Orochimaro will force Minato to use tons of chakra he can’t afford to lose just to try and hurt him.
Offensively, Orochimaro has a natural affinity for wind, which means he can spread out all of Minato tags thus making it hard to pin point his location, and its not like Minato's an endless amount with him. He can transform into his white snake mode, paralyze Minato then proceed to cut off his head him with the legendary Kusanagi sword (he can also shut off his chakra system with his seal). He can do the same with his ultimate form, yamata, which releases blood toxins whenever you cut it open (it regenerates limbs back, though). Minato has no counter for this, he is a close range fighter so there is a high chance he will be surprised and met with poison when he attacks Orochimaro, even if he somehow didn’t inhale it the first time the air itself will become toxic nonetheless.
I didn’t even mention Edo tensei, arguably his strongest tool. He can summon Tobirama and Hashirama, sit back merge with the trees and watch his powerful summons go to work. Flower world+ bringer of darkness will end the job.
Minato is able to teleport at a distance away from his own Kunai or seals. Otherwise, he would've impaled himself with his own Kunai along time ago.
As far as I've seen, Minato has shown FTG, Rasengan, Reaper Death Seal, and the Eight Triagrams seal(if that's the name of it) which sealed half of Kurama's chakra into Naruto. Let me know if I left something out.
In my opinion, the ones that are able to defeat him with what I've seen from him are:
1.Nagato
This could end with Minato losing or managing to use Reaper Death Seal on him. Though he has FTG to instantly teleport to Nagato with, his Rasengan(which seems to be his main form of offense) would be absorbed by Preta Path and using his Taijutsu or Kunai will most likely not go through his Asura Path. Minato and Nagato both have their summons that could be used in different ways. Minato could teleport objects or the summons themselves to another FTG mark around the battlefield. Let it be his own summons or his opponents. Though I have not seen any offensive techniques from Minato himself that would harm Nagato severely, he can always use some of Nagato's own attacks against him by teleporting them to a nearby seal. Gamabunta and the others are also capable of being disabled with a Shinra Tensei of the same force that Deva Path used on them the last time.
CT on the other hand would pull Minato and the Kunai towards it along with a large portion if not, the entire surface of the battlefield which would most likely carry Minato's FTG seals as well. The only way he would escape that is if he has already placed a seal on Nagato himself. Though I don't see him doing a FTG Rasengan/Kunai combo due to Preta Path and Asura Path.
2.Current Tobi
This current Tobi most likely has improved since he last faced Minato. Though since he hasn't shown many Rinnegan abilities, I wouldn't say that he would "stomp" on Minato. After all, Minato has access to S/T which is necessary to defeat Tobi even though Tobi's S/T is superior. When Tobi failed to warp him the first time, he seemed sure that he would be able to the next time he lay his hands on him. It also seems that now(if he wasn't able to do this back when he fought Minato) he is able to send certain parts of his body to the other dimension and keep others in the "real world".
Though he also didn't use genjutsu in that fight. Perhaps it was because he wasn't good enough at using it during that time. It could also be because he was using it on the Kyuubi. He was able to control a perfect Jinjuuriki which most likely involves putting them both in genjutsu though he might've not been able to that yet when he fought Minato.
The way he uses the Rinnegan without his Bijuu might not really make much of a difference since the speed of his stakes might not be fast enough. Like if he suddenly sticks his hand out from below while Minato is busy teleporting a TBB. Warping Minato won't do much since Minato could probably FTG back to the battlefield if he has a seal anywhere in it. Using the Bijuu though will atleast cause distractions and could manage to impale Minato with a stake or use Human Path during the confusion.
3.The Third Kazekage
This is a maybe since he is able to manipulate Minato's Kunai but obviously won't be able to manipulate the seals that are placed in objects that aren't metal. If the Third Kazekage stays within an Iron Sand sphere, then Minato could through a Kunai at it and then teleport at a distance away from it which could be inside the sphere. Iron Sand:World Order will be difficult to evade though if the moment he FTGs away from an incoming spike, he appears right infront of another one.
4.Muu
This one is a maybe too since Muu is able to become invisible and fly at the same time. Minato has shown to be able to determine one's location by putting his finger on the ground. Though I believe he detects the ones that are making contact with the ground. Muu will be able to avoid being detected by becoming invisible while flying. Though he would practically give away his location if he tries to use Jinton on plain sight. Even if he uses it away from Minato's sight, the moment Minato notices the sphere around him, he'll FTG away from it.
He'll have to use a kunai or something to kill Minato while he's still invisible without Mianto FTGing away.
5.The Third Raikage
Though he might be slower than Minato, Minato's offensive attacks might not affect him unless he finds a way to cause a self-inflicted wound on the Raikage. Perhaps the way Naruto did it. Though Naruto needed SM for that.
