dont let the haters fool you and mak you belive things that are untrue minato is one of the strongest ppl in naruto even to this day....if he was around madara would be sealed by now dont get me wrong he would have to give his life in the rds to do it but he would be the only one i can think of that could get in on madara and plant the seal

well thats correct...Madara right now is one such bad**s...and not even one kages had a trick up their sleeve to seal him..:-(..One thing Bothers Me is How can he beat pain..? all 6 of them are real good not unlike fodder ninja Minato use to defeat in war...all of them have their own strengths and even if one gets banged the other can revive and improvise their battle strategy

Muu, Itachi, the 3rd hokage, i think the 2nd hokage had similar S/T Ninjutsu so maybe him, 4th raikage (SIIIIIIIIIIKE!!!!!!!!!), kakazu if the terrain was flat grasslands, hidan on a lucky day...the only 2 ppl i can say they have a fair chance and probably would win is itachi and muu..

Why people fail to realize is that kishi knew what he was doing when he made minatos set of skills and jutsu. Speed is the most troublesome thing in NV. It's obvious that no other character is faster.

But what makes minato so dangerous is that it's hard to land a hit on him but at the same time you HAVE To keep him away from you. If he touches you and place his seal on you the fight is over whenever he chooses. So all the characters I see listed that love to engage in hand to hand combat wouldn't last long cause all it takes is a touch.

People always look past that but truth is its why he's so famous. IMO on characters that can beat him are the characters you listed that can without a doubt best him.

Shinra Tensei, and sense the seal is based on chakra and is not itself a chakra seal, I'm guessing he could use preta path to absorb it.

I think its funny how people argue on this forum about who is stronger and who is overrated. I understand if you were going to argue which character is overrated in a video game, but arguing about characters in an Anime is ridiculous. Kishimoto can pretty much make Sakura the greatest ninja in the Naruto universe if he wanted to in one chapter. First of all the most powerful character in the Naruto Universe is Naruto himself. The reason....The show is about him! Of course he is always going to face a foe that is more powerful than him and then struggle to defeat that foe, but eventually he surpasses the foe in power. Why would anyone watch the anime or read the manga if Naruto can defeat everyone by just looking at them.

As far as people who can defeat Minato...Who knows? Again, its all up to Kishimoto and where he wants a story to go. Who's to say that if Minato faced Madara with Rinnegan, that he wouldn't have some other ridiculous move up his sleeve that would defeat him. Again, Kishimoto can just make up stuff on the spot. Kishimoto's pen is what can defeat Minato and all the rest of the characters.

Two You've contradicted yourself. Naruto isn't the strongest because the shows name is Naruto. A fully prepared SM Kabuto will always kick Naruto's arse.

There aren't many shinobi that can defeat Minato, in my opinion he remains one of the strongest shinobi that ever lived in Naruto.

-Third Raikage: Minato's nature affinities remain unknown so it's hard to see how he can beat someone with such an insane defensive ability. Rasengan can't pierce it without being infused with wind element, Minato win's this fight through the dead demon consuming seal.

-Nagato: Not Pain, but actually Nagato who I believe is stronger than the six paths of Pain could ever be. Nagato has far too many powerful Jutsu to defeat Minato with, including Chibaku Tensai.

1.) I did miss the point about a versus forum (I just think its funny that's all)
2.) Your right according to this point in the storyline, Naruto is not the strongest. But regardless, Naruto will always be on the winning side. Against Madara, Tobi, Kabuto, or whoever you put in front of him, because he is the main character. Unless the main character role changes, Naruto will always advance and beat his foes in the end.
3.) I guess in theory you can try figuring out who is stronger based on past references and stories, but its still kind of ridiculousness. Plus I've seen some arguments on the thread and forum, and I'm not sure how many people are really using "facts".

Hmm i would neglect ...... kabuto (TOo slow) .... Sasuske (I dont think ..... he cnt use MS for long and minatos faster than ameterasu) //// Tsunade (she deals with close contacts ... and get tired fast) .... Gaara (his sand is not as fast as minato and yeah since he uses his sand its easier for minato to mark the formula on the sand itself @@) ... obito is out of chance (he was alreadly defeated easily by minato)

Only due to the fact that they are top rated characters and are obviously stronger than Minato. Make sure you have evidence to backup why you think they can beat dont just say they can cause they are your favourite charcter or you are a minato hater.

Jutsu: FTG, DDCS(dead demon consuming seal), 8TS(eight trigrams seal), FSS(four symbol seal) and rasengan

Minato stats are:

Intellegence: 5
Strength: 4
Speed: 5
Stamina: 5
Ninjutsu: 5
Taijutsu: 5
Genjutsu: dosent need it, hes already as fast as he is
