OP... The fact that you deliberatly falsified Minato's stats just prove how desesperate you are to get us to believe your sh*t. Jiraiya and Itachi have the most points as of Data Book 3, 35.5 or 34.5. Minato gets rape by Muu and 2nd Mizukage, Nagato, Kabutomaru, Obito Rinnegan, Itachi, 3rd Raikage, Hiruzen. Orochimaru with a big maybe, still waiting to see him fight serious. And possibly EMS Sasuke too since he'll be at least as strong as Naruto.

Those who think Minato's stats can be put in the same league as others are utterly dumbheads...
Minato's speed in stats should be 100 or something likely...
It's not Minato's jutsus that make him victor in battles but sheer intelligence backing up his instantaneous combos that just blitz out his opponents...
I can't think of a name that can defeat him for sure but those who has a chance in a thousand to land a hit on him are:
Madara
Hashi
Tobi
Young Nagato with a single body
Itachi(Genjutsu specialist)
Kakashi(Shadow clone specialist)
Naruto(Shadow clone specialist)

And no sharingan can keep up with Minato's speed so it's BS to say that sharingan users can track his movements....

Going as far as to lie about his stats, how low is that... Oh FTG is not ''speed''. A few points :
-Minato avoided Raikage with FTG, not footspeed.
-Nagato won't sit idle and let himself be tag. No kunai is getting anywhere near him.
-Muu. That dude can fly and turn invisible + jinton. Minato is a close range fighter, FTG won't be enough to win this.
