Based on her words it is most likely that she dies. Katsuyu says she could help Tsunade, but instead she says to bring the others to her....she can still save THEM. Last word is key. This more than likely means that Tsunade dies after saving the other Kage. The remaining Kage will more thsn likely go on to fight with Naruto.

The flip side is that all of the Kages live and the only proof we have is in two things. One is that Katsuyu said she coyld save Tsunade. It is possible after healing the others she can help Tsunade....if it takes both Tsunade and Katsuyu's chakra to save the others, and Tsunade is supposed to live, then the other Kages will be out of the fight (giving Katsuyu their chakra to save Tsunade). The second piece of hope for her is that Dan said to lice a little bit longer. One could also say a third reason is that she said the medical ninja is the last to die in a squad...

It looks like she is done which is sad as I did in face wish for her to personally tell Naruto he is the Hokage.
