Originally Nagato would solo the 5 Kages while Itachi would read a book. Two of them specialises in Taijutsu, Gaara in Sand and Mei has weak techniques. Only Oonoki could try to stop Chibaku Tensei with his dust, but i don't think it would be enough.
Remember, to stop Chibaku Tensei, Itachi needed to use Susanoo, Naruto needed Rasenshuriken and Killer Bee had to use Tailed Beast Bomb. No Kage has stronger technique than 3 of them combined.
Therefore, Chibaku Tensei would solo.

Rinnegan is strong yes, but Nagato wouldn't have lasted too long in front of the five kage. You might say what about Shinra Tensei. May I remind you Tsunade tanked Shinra Tensei without healing herself while taking relatively low damage.
Her and A could probably both Tank ST. Banno Tensei is a bad idea against someone like Tsunade who developed a counter to it via using chakra in her feet but even if that doesn't work if she uses the force thats pulling in conjunction to the force of her punch/kick when as soon she's within striking range of anything it's screwed. Same thing for Raikage but to a lesser degree. Oonoki could put a sheet of rock between him and whatever he's flying toward. And for Chibaku Tensei if Tsunade had Katsuyu present we're aware Katsuyu is capable of tanking CT. We're also aware of the fact that Katusyu can absorb people. So during CT if she absorbs every one the attack is moot. We're also aware that CT requires a lot of chakra. If the kages decided to tank CT it would become a battle of attrition which they would win. Or on the way to the CT Tsunade can prepare a kick. Raikage could prepare a Raiger Bomb like attack. And before they arrive Oonoki can weaken it with Jinton and Mei could attack it with her suitons and Gaara with his sand. If the core isn't destroyed by that point Tsunade's fist or foot can just come in and out of Katsuyu attacking the core the same for A's raiton horizontal chops.(Well it took Yasaka Magatama, TBB, and Rasenshuriken to break Nagato's core.) Yeah well Yasaka Magatama appears to be weaker then Tsunade's kick in pure power
So Yasaka Magatama is outdone in terms of sheer power by the kages when Oonoki's Jinton is taken into account. remember Rasenshuriken cuts at a very small level. It's known for its high number of cuts and its extremely small size [not necessarily the power(with the definition of power being applied as in brute force like a regular rasengan has brute force which grinds against a persons body)] of the wind that cuts. Tsunade's Attack, mixed with Raikage's attack and Jinton alone should more than suffice to act with equal power to the combined efforts of Bee, Naruto, and Itachi, but if it doesn't we still have Mei and her Suiton seems to be quite powerful tossing Madara around like a ragdoll and Gaara's sand which is also quite powerful. So the kages could counter CT.
The missiles can be countered with Rock, Sand, Lava, Speed, and perhaps even Regen.
If he tries to get close to the kages with Naraka Path it seems Tsunade is greater than him in Taijutsu and is obviously stronger than him so I don't see him picking her up by her throat or Raikage. Oonoki would spam Jinton. Gaara would form a blockade with Sand and Mei would surround her self with Acidic Mist.
The only real issues I see being presented by the paths are the summons if he uses the same summon amplification technique on top of the summons that caused the dog to split. Though Gaara may be able to seal them. A's too fast for them. Tsunade's stronger than them. Oonoki Jintons them. Mei burns them. (Weren't they destroyed by Itachi already)
His meteors could be countered by Oonoki's Earth Release: Light-Weight Rock Technique or Jinton.
I also hypothesize that Raikage with Oonoki's help could break them.
And Tsunade with her strength can break them
The five kage win this mid diff. He is not edo-Madara he doesn't pose as much trouble .

Here's my take any jutsu can be countered. Whether it's genjutsu, ninjutsu, or taijutsu the only question is whether or not the target of the jutsu has the skill to do so.
Firstly, Itachi could not actually state accurately that Tsukiyomi could not be broken as he would have to try it against every person under every situation to say with absolute certainty whether or not it could be broken
Secondly: If every technique has it's weakness as Itachi has said Tsukiyomi and KA are no exception to the rule. Tsukiyomi is not much more than a very powerful jutsu that alters time perception and tortures the 5 senses. Which is essentially what genjutsu does anyway, he merely does it with much more power. So it stands to reason that anyone who is particularly skilled in disarming genjutsus would be able to stop Tsukiyomi provided they have the mental fortitude to withstand the torture. With KA everything is based on the target not realizing they are being controlled, because once they do realize it they can break it. Which means during the use of KA one must not try to make the victim do anything to extremely out of character, like attacking a team mate because that would be a dead give away to them that they are being controlled. Or if a person is particularly good at sensing they could realize they are trapped in genjutsu and break free.
Restrictive or Paralysis genjutsus are very dangerous how ever people with great mental strength will be able to break free.
Essentially I believe all offensive genjutsus are counterable by the same basic methods, but as the prowess of the user goes up and the effect of the genjutsu becomes more extreme, the mental fortitude of the victim and the chakra control of the victim must go up in correlation to break the genjutsu.

Oonoki wouldn't look an Uchiha in the eye.

So it seems that Yata Mirror only protects from one side at a time.
Which means if A and Gaara is serving as distractions in the front.
Tsunade could do Susanoo smackdown or Oonoki could Jinton from behind or do his Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique to stop Itachi and Susanoo from being able to move. Mei could try to melt Susanoo making it easier to pierce with her lava release.
Taijutsu:
He's not beating A or Tsunade with it.
Oonoki can fly away.
Gaara's sand would protect him and he can fly.
...Mei.....I suppose she could use boil release in the same way she uses hiding in mist technique.

- Soul Stealing- requires he grasp the kages and all those who are taijutsu experts won't be having that.
- Preta Path- Tsunade rendered moot with natural strength great enough to jump in the air while holding Gamabunta's sword. Raikage could still use taijutsu. I'd like to see a rock be absorbed either from Tsuchikage or Tsunade throwing a boulder. Also when Zetsu was trying to suck Oonoki's chakra Oonoki used Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique to make them to heavy to move. If he does that to Nagato Nagato is screwed. So countered
- Animal Path- summons are to slow or weak and could be immobolized by Gaara's Sand, Mei's lava or mist, or Tsuchikage's Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique (they'd be to heavy to move). Or Tsunade could beat the ones that don't split with taijutsu, same for A and he's too fast them to touch him, if Oonoki uses Earth Release: Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique on the summons their attacks become tankable fodder and they are easier to immobilize or defeat. Oonoki could also use Earth Release: Fist Rock Technique with Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique to deliver extremely powerful blows.
- Gedo Mazo: A mixture of Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique, Jinton, Water Dragon Jutsu, and Tsunade and A's attacks should damage it enough to make it unusable or Gaara can try sealing it. Or once it's Super Light A, Tsunade, and Oonoki can like throw it out of the battlefield.

- Amaterasu-Hitting Tsunade with it is a bad idea because the next time she goes to attack them, he'd be screwed trying to put out the black flames she just put on him. If you think well Susanoo will protect him, the flames that were on Sasuke's susanoo were not attacking it but as Mei's lava showed, Susanoo melts and if the black flames are attacking and the flames are hotter than Mei's lava Susanoo will melt and Itachi will still be screwed. Amaterasu suppression seems like it takes a lot out of you based on Sasuke's response when he fought Bee. You may argue she'd be in too much Pain to fight back. But I don't think so. She was completely impaled and continued to fight, 3 yasaka magatamas at point blank range didn't stop her, nor did hemophobia in conjunction with the sword of kusanagi's three wounds and Kabuto cutting her abdomen, respiratory, and bicep muscles.
- Amaterasu covered Susanoo- Tsunade may not be able to dodge Amaterasu, but She can rip off or Medically Cut off her arm or leg or whatever. And guessing by how she regrew all those organs she lost when her entire stomach was impaled she can probably regrow them. Furthermore when know she has an incredible mental fortitude that allows her to work through pain as shown by her defending Naruto and launching an attack after being Stabbed by the sword of kusanagi and sliced by it.
- Tsukuyomi- Firstly I believe she has the mental fortitude to withstand Tsukuyomi considering she overcame her paralyzing hemophobia with sheer will power.Further more we all know that Tsukuyomi is genjutsu. Of all characters living she has the best chakra control. We know her chakra control is great because she says healing requires a lot of chakra. Yet she healed an entire village.
You may now say Itachi said only Closely related Uchihas can break Tsukuyomi. If you consider that Itachi lies to protect his brother and he plotted for his brother to get his eyes. Then if anyone knew this wasn't true that would put Sasuke in danger. Thus we're not sure if Itachi's words are true. I say she has a pretty good knowledge about how Tsukuyomi works and how exactly it affects the brain. In addition we know she lived to meet her Grandfather and GrandUncle. Her Grandfather fought against Madara several times so no doubt he taught her not to get trapped in Genjutsu and not to look an Uchiha in the eyes. Furthermore I'm sure he would have showed her a technique similar to Gai's sharigan avoidance. Given Gai isn't that smart. (He thought Kisame was his true self.) I see know reason Tsunade can't do the same. Itachi and Nagato, as long as they are Edo. IMO They have all the abilities needed to take care of the Kages. In terms of moveset, Edo Itachi essentially has EMS, Nagato has all Rinnegan techs in a single body, WHICH MEANS they have most of the same moveset as Edo Madara (Minus mokuton obviously) Itachi doesn't have final Susano'o but he has Sage Weapons which are a FAAATTY bonus even if they can't decapitate mountains.
This would be very close, because as similar as their movesets are to Madara, they are not Madara. And the difference in raw power cannot be ignored. So in short i believe they would beat the Kages the same way Madara has been doing, but they will be in much more danger than Madara and in turn would not waste time toying with them as madara did as they are not cocky like he is and certainly not as powerful.
