tsuchikage can make a giant earth style monster like he did with vs madara even had to use motuko
then make the monster light like he did with the meteoroids and raikage
raikage can armor the monster with lightening armor like bee did with his pencil .raikage is better at lightening than bee so it will lbe stronger
tsunade can feed the earth style monster chakra like she did with katsuyu
the lightening and chakra armor will make the monster faster and strong .tsunade's chakra will make it strong raikage's lightening will make it powerful
tsunade can supply chakra to the kages for their techniques
Fifth Mizukage can armor the monster with lave which is stronger than earth
gaara can make weapons and shields not armor for the monster and repair the monster by turning the rocks into hard sand

this monster can macth madara maybe maybe maybe beat madara
