5 Kages abilities

I am quite dissapointed with the abilities of the 5 kages. They are supposed to be the best in their respective villages right? So why do they not seem so impressive?

They are more than impressive. They just can't win this fight with sheer brute force,they need tactics and sealing techniques.

Eh, then again, Madara had just awakened the Rinnegan. Then he dropped a few meteors on them. After that, he used tree pollen world bullshit. Now he's doing 5v1 Mokuton Bunshin....You tell me how those aren't op.
