No, Madara didn't need Mokuton or Rinnegan to fodderize the Kages....he could have ended the kages if he had pulled Perfect Susanoo in the first second...Sasuke will pull his Perfect Susanoo and instantly fodderize them

You don't think he's going to be distracted by the other 4 Kage, who indeed are Kage level shinobi? Dude's not even going to get a chance at looking at Onoki and then activating Amaterasu. Also, Gaara's sand can obscure his vision.

Honestly, this is all up to debate; we don't know if PS can tank Genkai Hakuri when aimed at PS's head, which is where Madara dwells while in PS. You could say it can due to it almost tanking Shinsuusenju, but this isn't the case since both techs operate in different manners. Also, most of Shinsuusenju's hands were destroyed by Kurama's multiple bijuudamas combined with PS's swords, so we really don't know whether PS's head (note that I'm only saying it's head) can tank Jinton amplified with more chakra from Tsunade.

Gaara's sand can easily counter his arrows with enough force considering Madara used a mere chakra rod to cancel his arrow.

Ah, I made a mistake but there's no need to use language like that in friendly debates dude.

Fighting throughout all this war? He only started fighting when Obito became the Juubi's host and this only happened recently. Plus, his chakra has been restored by Kurama's cloak and he's not really been damaged at all due to Minato saving both Naruto and Sasuke with Hiraishin.

like, for how long he can keep PS up... how big it is... what can he really do with it, etc...

he don't have mokuton, which gave a lot of trouble to the Gokage.
also no susano'o clones.
