Your forgetting about sasukes other techniques. Amatarasu is now spammable and most of the kage arent resistant to genjutsu

To be fair only Ay can do something against the Amaterasu ( and Gaara with his sand ). Hmm, dunno, probably Sasuke wins. The Gokage's only chance is Onoki's jinton which is powered by Tsunade's chakra. If one of them gets oneshotted, the others die as well.

Are ypu talking about Lightning armour?? didnt he still cut his arm off even when it was on? i agree gaara has a defense against it but the other kage are pretty much dead if ammy hits them. Even tsunade with her healing abilities will be eternally crisping while getting sliced and diced by PS. If they do jinton they have to stay still giving sasuke ample time to strike. IF they manage to do jinton they will still have a tough time taking sasuke out

Sasuke's high speed susano with legs spamming enton arrows/sword speed blitz them.

i think only raikage would be able to dodge that and that too after he receives onoki's flying buff.

i dont like to use speed blitz argument but there is no point in dragging this battle, it will only be a hindrance for sasuke if this battle drags out.

Which generation of Kage? The current 5 kage? I could easily pick a team of Kage that will thrash Sasuke, but I shall assume that the current 5 kage is what you meant. With no restrictions I will allow Sasuke to at the very least get sage chakra from Juugo (since juugo is generally around him), though he will not interfere.

Sasuke spams Amaterasu, burns them all with amaterasu leading to their inevitable death. He takes down the raikage, mizukage, and Tsuchikage down with it. Sussano blocks any of their attacks long enough for him to spam his amaterasu. Garra's defense is too great for just the fire to burn through and Tsunade's continuous healing heals her for a long time even though she is on fire. Katsuyu could be summoned by her to help slow the deaths of the other 3 kage, but they would still die quick enough from burning. Gaara's sand would likely be penetrated by a lightning infused Sussano arrow and with enough arrows would kill him. His sand is fast, but he himself isn't the fastest nor the most powerful. Definitely not strong enough to break through Sussano. While Tsunade is powerful enough to break through Sussano she is pretty much pure strength and Sasuke would destroy her with pretty much everything in his arsenal until she is done healing. Also none of this even includes any possible options of genjutsu being used. Sasuke wins this hands down. Madara stomped the 5 kage of this generation like they were nothing more than 5 ants and he was trolling them the majority of the time. Sasuke isn't on Madara's level yet, but he is still powerful enough to beat the 5 kage. I don't see them beating Sasuke if he goes all out from the beginning, unless they have unbelievable extreme luck of the champions

I'm not a Sasuke fan, but I am logical and people very often either overate or underrate Sasuke. Sasuke could likely solo most of the narutoverse with exceptions of people at very least of kage level. Sasuke isn't the strongest right now, but he is definitely strong (Stupid free power-ups for Sasuke!). Of course not all kage could beat Sasuke, as seen right now since I just put him as beating 5 of them at the same time, but I am saying that you would need someone at the very least at kage level or above (sage) to beat him.

List of people Sasuke couldn't solo:

Itachi (Itachi clearly let him win, just because he beat him doesn't mean he would win an all out fight. Sasuke was scared shitless from that final poke Itachi did to him, which shows he knew he was the loser)
S06P, super powerful of course more powerful than anyone we have seen, intelligence is likely very high.
Obito, was just shown he couldn't solo him right recently (plus seriously I doubt Obito is beaten, he can phase remeber?!)
Hashirama, very powerful and has fought sussano before.
Madara, has the rinnegan that can use all of the powers of the rinnegan and the EMS. like seriously how op is that shit?
Nagato, has huge amounts of chakra and can use the rinnegan with great efficiency. Can absorb amaterasu, one of his the strongest moves Sasuke has.
Minato, his speed is superb. his amaterasu can't catch him and is very intelligent. Sharingan can't follow teleportation.
Tobirama, has fought uchiha the majority of his life and is greatly intelligent and powerfull. almost as fast as the fourth.
Kakashi, Seriously Kakashi right now can one shot everyone that's not an edo or Obito right now with kamui. Simple as that.
Gai, But only if he goes 8 gates. We've seen him at 7 and he is extremely powerful and quick (but still not fast enough to escape his sharingan) and the difference between 7 and 8 is likely gargantuan. Though it would result in Gai's death.

I'm having trouble thinking of anyone else he couldn't solo right now, but there are a lot of characters to think about such as kage who are famed for their power. No chunin level or lower could beat him. The only Jonin capable of taking him on are likely only Kakashi and Gai with 8 gates active. Let me reiterate that the only people capable of beating Sasuke right now are kage level in strength or above. Kakashi was recommended for hokage and 8 gates is supposed to give more power than a kage, which is why I suggested Gai as someone who could beat him. Not all Kages can beat him, but you would pretty much have to be at that level or above to have a chance at beating Sasuke.

Since the only one of the 5 Kage that can actually hurt Sasuke is now dead, Sasuke then stomps on them low difficulty.
