Madara has'nt shown Amaterasu or Tsukiyomi.

Madara bested both Onooki and Mu without the Kanzentai Susano'o', it alone is enough to stomp the Gokage. Ay's speed is easily anticipated by the sharingan, the Gokage are all subject to genjutsu and only one of the lot has the potential of lasting a 24hrs fight given his tailed beast chakra levels. Nothing shocked him. He knew about all of their techniques beforehand - the Mist jutsu, the lava KKG, the dust release, Onoki's flight, sand control from Suna, Senju healing techniques, lightning taijutsu etc. - he knew about it all.

Nothing would shock him, hence he would win.

But it's not just his knowledge; his skill matters most. He's a lot more skilled is all.
