Even if he puts one of them under KA, this is still two Kages vs 4 Kages. Also the Gokage having full intel on the technique means Danzo won't be able to use the tecnique. Gaara and Onoki can use clones, Ay is too fast, Mei has mist, Tsunade is immune w/ Katsuyu or with Byakugou released.
