5 kage vs 5 jounin, who'd win?

I'll never understand why people split one match up into several ones which favour their favourite character(s).

Hiashi seems more than capable of beating Mei, so that point is moot. Guy's speed would overcome Gaara's defense, Kakashi's newly gained abilities and almost instantaneous usage of Kamui is another thing which would dwarf the kages.

If he's capable of warping a Tailed Beast what stops him from stopping Jinton ?



You don't seem to acknowledge Ei's speed when he's fighting Tsunade so why do so here ?

As I know Kakashi can't regenerate from a direct hit from A. Tsunade can. And this is why A's speed is not so important when he is fighting Tsunade. The only way A can defeat Tsunade is if he decapitates her. But he can kill Kakashi various ways.

What was Ei's intinal attack against Minato in their confrontation ? A punch to the head. By default, he would seemingly do the same to Tsunade. Why aim for non-vitals when one hit would end the fight ?

Kakashi and Gai are the only two that realistically stand a chance against any of the kage. Kitsuchi's earth "sandwich" is cool and all, but the only person that would even have a slight chance of taking out is Mei. Onoki has knowledge of the technique + the ability to fly + the ability to destroy one of the sides of the "sandwich" with jinton. A is too fast to be caught in it. Tsunade could probably break it. Gaara can take flight on his sand as well, plus you put him in the desert which means he has all the sand in the world to work with. Outside of his earth sandwich, Kitsuchi doesn't have much to offer in regards to a kage level battle.

Darui is interesting with his black lightning, but again, you have a Kage on the other team who has I'm sure complete knowledge on the technique(A) given his father used it. Darui is probably the most dangerous to the kage outside of the Eternal Rivals, but even then, with A on the Kage team, I'm not sure his black lightning would be able to take them out, given A could relay information on the technique to his team.

Hiashi is interesting. He's likely the strongest Hyuga of them all, but we really aren't sure what that would entail. He's never fought anyone/thing up until now that would even remotely compare to the kage. His Eight Trigrams techniques could be deadly, but it's something I'm sure Tsunade has knowledge of, and I'm not sure he's shown enough to qualify him to hold his own vs any Kage, including these 5.

And you know what makes this even more difficult, on top of those jounin probably not being strong enough to hold their own? Tsunade has a summon that can heal her entire team with ease. The jounin do not have a medic, and there's not a medic in the Narutoverse that even compares to Tsunade anyway. Tsunade's medical abilities/Katsuyu turn an already lopsided match in to a nearly impossible win for the jounin.

You've also got two kage(Gaara, Mei) that the jounin have limited to no knowledge on, where as the kage team has more or less complete knowledge of their opponents. Kakashi's ability to analyze opponents on the fly could be useful, but he and Gai are the only two that would be capable of holding their own long enough for that ability to even be useful, in my opinion.

Kakashi and Gai make it slightly difficult, but what would ultimately turn in to 5v2 is too much, even for the extremely powerful duo. Their only hope is Kakashi spams kamui and Gai enters the 8th gate...and where's the fun in debating that?

Kakashi warped a Bijuu. I don't think it would make that much of a difference. What if Kakashi kamui Onoki as well when he tries to use jinton? We've seen in the fight between Naruto and Muu that Jinton takes time to be used. The time to use Jinton, he was already in a difficult position incapable to dodge his rasengan, so the time he even tries it already give a huge opportunity for Kakashi to snipe him with Kamui while he is immobile. Concerning their speed, i wanted to post this:

Key members are Kakashi, Guy and Onnoki, Tsunade.

If they take out Tsunade first I can see the Jounins winnig. And that's highly possiible because of Kakashi's Kamui.

The main strategy from the Kages Side would be the elimination of Kakashi or least keep him busy with Raikage so Onnoki can cause Mayhem.

The main Strategy from Jounins will be get Kakashi opportunities to strike.

As Jounins have the best strategist and Guy with 8 gates I'd give this to Jounins with high diff

If Kakashi takes out Onoki rapidely with Kamui, jounins would win. Hiaishi is a perfect counter for Tsunade. Kitsuchi with his doton sandwitch can deal with some kages. Gai is a powerhouse as well. But if Onoki is still in the party for long, kages would win. So it would all depend on that

I agree completely. Gai has to speed blitz Onoki or Kakashi has to kamui him or Darui has to laser circus him or something. They need to take out Onoki, because he is way too big of a threat. Once they take care of Onoki, the others are in the same league as them so it can go either way from there.

The people who think Kitsuchi would solo multiple Kage are insane, you know he can't just create the Sandwich Technique in a second right? He has to mold his chakra first to a huge concentration to actually perform the technique. It's similar to Jiraiya having to wait to use Sage Mode and that Sound Genjutsu. By that time, A could already be blitzing Kitsuchi.

I see it like this:

Jounin Team:

Darui/Kakashi are the main long range support capable of using powerful ninjutsus to attack from a distance, though they are still very capable of fighting in close combat, being as versatile as they are, it would be better for them not to. Kakashi will also act as the brains for their operation.

Guy is the close-range powerhouse, boasting taijutsu skills that are almost unmatched in the NV and speed and strength that may be comparable to the raikage's when using gates and is capable of utilising the 8th gate to completely overwhelm them for a short time at the cost of his life

Kitsuchi has shown several powerful earth based ninjutsus and has shown some great taijutsu as well. He would act as support for any of the jounins, though his power is more effective when on the offensive, so he would start out in front like guy.

Last (and certainly not least as most people think) is Hiashi, who is one of the most powerful taijutsu masters in the NV next to Guy and is capable of shutting down his opponents chakra network. He also boasts the strongest defense on the field, his rotation being the largest and strongest of any hyuugas to date, which will be useful against almost every attack except for jinton. His abilities will definitely be useful on the offensive to remove the ninjutsu capabilities of their opponents and to attack from a distance using powerful hakke kushous.

Team Kage:

A is the powerhouse on this team and will definitely be on the offensive using his speed and power to gain the better hand of the battle

Tsunade is the combat medic and will act as support healing the kages and possibly going on the offensive if necessary with her byakugou and her incredible strength.

Oonoki boasts the most destructive ninjutsu on the field, jinton, being able to demolish anyone and anything that is within its barrier range. He is also capable of using his weighted rock techniques to increase or decrease the weight of any member or object, himself included so that [t]he[y] can fly. Due to his old age and experience, he will likely be the brains of the team and attack from a distance with his powerful jinton.

Gaara will act as support, being able to use his sand to attack from a distance and to defend his comrades in battle. His auto-defense, being one of the most powerful in the manga, will prove useful when fighting up front against his opponents

Mei's incredible arsenal of elemental ninjutsu will put her as the main long-range support. Her boil and lava release will be handy on the battlefield to keep her opponents on their toes.

This sounds so epic that I would be willing to probably make a fanfiction of this, with the outcome being determined by a vote from you guys

Oh yea you're right that was my mistake, I meant Mei would face Darui, actually that works out better haha.

And if Zabuza was in this it wouldnt help at all, Onoki and Gaara could fly above the mist, Gaara could even use his sand to take the other Kage above the mist as well. His jutsu are useless against these Kage.

I feel he could take on either Tsunade or Mei. Hyuugas are generally quick and their style is fatal if they catch you in close combat. Hiashi is essentially a more skilled and experienced Neji and so he's capable of standing toe to toe with those two kages.
