why? because when he atack saske saske make a amaterasu shield that could burn raikage,and sasuke in that moment could activate susanoo,in conclusion if gara was not there the raikeage was dead

most ppl do get this wrong... if gara didnt interfere it would be sasuke that would of died... sasuke was exhausted from trying to keep susano up from just two blows (i think it was just two blows as im not going to back track to find the number)... it was on the verge of breaking... the guillotine drop was a finisher of the raikage's so you might as well think of all the power an attack could have then add some more... which would of definitly broke susanoo... sasuke would of been feeling harsh side effects... raikage's leg would be on fire... raikage would of swiftly finished the helpless sasuke off... and that would of been that... yes i have taken into account that after talking for a while sasuke summoned up some reserve to destroy the pillars... he was not showing that strength wen being pressured and as such to me, he would of lost plain and simple... (not that him surviving due to gara helped him any... he went on to almost be killed by the mizukage, and then went on to be killed by the tsuchikage)

Man i was saying this months ago,but yeh you are right,sasuke would of owned everyone in that summit.

A legdrop wasn't going to kill Sasuke since gravity took over and not A's own speed & power. If Kishi thought that attack would've killed Sasuke he would've allow him to activate stage 2 Susano'o.
