The A wouldn't have even know a genjutsu was being spelled, Madara easily took advantage of A short attention span he placed him under a genjutsu. He would've been dead if Onoki wasn't there to release him.
And if A did manage to attack Danzo he would've been attacking an illusion.

Meaning Ao's transplant wouldn't be activated and by the time he did activate it, Izanagi would have already been put into effect.

Having to use Izanagi isn't considered low difficulty. That's high difficulty.
The technquie it's self is difficult to use yeah but difficult when used against an opponent not so much.
Izanagi is a non factor against 4 Kages and dozens of high jonins.

Danzo couldn't have taken the Raikage even with his Izanagi. On top of that Gaara is too much for him.
Danzo counter's Gaara's sand with is wind release techs.
Danzo lost to sasuke. So anyone in that room would have soloed easy
