5 Kage in order

This is my list:

1 Onohki

2 Ay

3 Gaara

4 Mei

5 Tsunade

I thought about Tsunade and Mei and it's close but Tsunade has no counter for Mei's steam which melted Susano'o like butter and I don't think Tsunade can Tank lava considering Sakura can't.

Sorry, but no! Mei is definitely the weakest kage, plus there is no manga fact stating that Sakura can´t tank lava...no word. the order is:

Ohnoki, Ay, Tsunade, Gaara, Mei

No its only pushing her back. When Bee does it to Sasuke, it rips apart his chest, which Tsunade heals from. The only time its takes off a head is when Bee and A do it together.
